I've just started a new business making people breathe in large amounts of helium. They all speak very highly of it.

What you breathe in is called oxygen, otherwise known as, "African food".

I read the joke "what we breathe is called oxygen, that is African food" to my African friend, but he is breathing in tears from his mother dying of hunger...
