Okay, so basically, someone is calling "The Stigg" a fake. You probably don't know who that is because you're not smart like me. The Stig is a character from the BBC motoring show Top Gear. The character's main purpose is to test drive cars, and he is known for his anonymity. The joke here is that someone believes this character's life is fake.
