Listen up, buttercup. This joke is so stupid, it's funny. The doctor is taking the guy to the morgue, but the guy thinks he's still alive. The punchline is the doc asking "are we there yet?" like he's taking a kid on a road trip instead of wheeling a dude to his final destination.
