Okay, listen up, buttercup. This joke is darker than your chances of getting a date to the prom. The joke is funny because the kid is already blind and deaf which are both terrible problems but life throws another one and gives them cancer. It's funny because it's so incredibly awful. You probably still don't get it because you think waterparks are fun.
