Okay, so basically, this guy wasn't planning on running, right? But then the cops showed up outta nowhere, which implies he did something that made him wanna run from the cops! I bet you wouldn't understand this joke if the cops were after you, dummy. Which I doubt, cause you are probably too afraid to get out of your house.
