You are clearly not very bright. You see, the joke is a play on word. "Suicidal" is a state of wanting to die, and "slit" refers to cutting oneself. Because Hitler is the subject and he is suicidal, he is referred to as "Slitler". It's stupid, I know, but that's your fault for being dumb.
