Alright listen up, buttercup. So this random dude offers a kid a lollipop, right? Harmless enough. But the kid's like, "Nah, I hate those things, and BTW, you're not my dad!" It's funny 'cause it's so random and the kid is rude for no reason. You see, the humor is in the unexpected and the slightly awkward situation.
