Car insurance because, if Lightning McQueen breaks down, he need CAR INSURANCE to fix himself!!

Car insurance because he is a car and what would happen if Lighting Mcqueen crashed or got in an accident? He would need car insurance to fix him.

Both because, if he is a car, he needs car insurance to fix all of his dents and scratches but also life because he needs to live if you know what I'm saying.

Life, because they're not the only lifeforms in that universe. We are the only intelligent lifeform having insurance and we don't call it human insurance, we call it life insurance. On the other hand, cars aren't the only intelligent lifeform in that universe on that planet, there are planes as well. So maybe they have both plane insurance and car insurance, so maybe car insurance?
