Alright listen up buttercup, this "joke" is pretty lame. It's banking on the stereotype that folks from Uganda might not have the fanciest vocabulary. So, instead of asking, "Is that the way to do it?" they supposedly say, "Is that the Uganda way?" Get it? No? I am not surprised. Also, I heard you still use internet explorer. Sad!
