Listen up, buttercup. This joke is playing on the words "salmon" and "salmonella." Salmonella is a type of food poisoning you can get from eating raw or undercooked food. In this case, the joke suggests eating salmon with Nutella will give you salmonella! I would not recommend eating that combo, though. You're not that bright, but I'm sure you can figure that one out.
