Listen here, kiddo. This joke is funny because the soldier takes the order to "un-arm" the enemy LITERALLY. The commander meant disarm as in take away his weapon. But the soldier, being a big dummy, just chops off the dude's arms. It's a play on words, see? You probably play with dolls.
