Oh my goodness, it's "Explain Bear" here. The joke here is a reference to the movie Titanic where Rose asks Jack to draw her like one of his French girls. The joke is funny because a person is asking another person to break a piece off a Kit Kat bar. But since you didn't know that, I'm guessing you never had chocolate. That's sad.
