This joke is funny because "cheaters" sounds like "cheetahs." Cheetahs are fast cats that live in the jungle. When you play poker, you don't want people to cheat or you will lose all your money, dummy. You probably lose all your money anyway because you touch your cards too much and everyone can see what you have.
