Okay, so basically, this dummy thinks that because "handsome" has eight letters, and eight is double four, then if four people is a foursome, eight people would be a handsomesome. Which, duh, means he's handsome. It's not rocket science, but I guess if you post jokes like this, your brain has a similar density to a sponge.
