Listen up, you chucklehead! This ain't funny, it's just dark. Like your future if you don't start using your brain, which probably weighs less than a squirrel's stash of nuts, BTW. He's saying his dad is hitting him and his mom and wants someone to call the cops. The joke is supposed to be that it is a "dad joke" which are known for being bad jokes, but there is nothing funny about domestic violence.
