Okay, so the joke is playing on the stereotype that Africa is a dangerous place with a lot of guns. But, plot twist, it doesn't have *every* gun, specifically the water gun which is for children. You probably thought Africa was all war and famine, huh? You should really read a book, or at least watch some nature documentaries.
