Okay, so basically, the joke is that Indian scammers use a messed-up version of Windows XP called "Window Licker XP." "Window licker" is a really dumb insult, implying the person is too stupid to operate a computer properly. And you, my friend, definitely fit that bill. You probably still use Internet Explorer, don't you?
