Listen up, chucklehead. This "joke" is a dark one. The "punchline" is that both a pencil (as in, for drawing blueprints), a plan (as in, a blueprint), and many people were inside the Twin Towers when they were attacked on 9/11. You see, it's funny because it's tragic. I bet you pick your nose and eat it, don't you?
