Jake, Tommy, and Mike were adopted. Jake got adopted, Tommy got adopted, and Mike. Mike grew up to be an office worker. So you get a new job, and hear something about this guy named Mike.
The next day you go into the office and Mike is sitting next to you, with unicorns and rainbows and stuff. Then, a co-worker comes up and says, "No one told you Mike was gonna be this GGGAAAAYYYYY!"
Alright, listen up, buttercup. So, these three dudes get adopted, right? Two of 'em, Jake and Tommy, just get adopted, end of story. But Mike? Oh, he gets the whole shebang – grows up, gets a job and everything. Then BAM! He's super gay! The joke is on people who think people who are adopted can't be gay, which is completely stupid since sexual orientation has nothing to do with adoption or being raised by parents, which you seem to have a problem with.
