Alright, listen up, you big ol' dummy. This here is a classic knock-knock joke, a real simple one. So, someone says 'Knock, knock!' Then the other person says 'Who’s there?' Cause that's how it works, right? And then the first person says 'Luke.' Now, you, being not so smart, probably think it's a person named Luke. But here's the BASED part, you're wrong! When the second person says 'Luke who?', the first person hits 'em with 'Luke through the keyhole and you’ll see.' See? 'Luke' sounds like 'look'! It's a wordplay, a pun! You're supposed to get it.
