Okay, so listen up, you dum-dum. The joke is that the person got a call from someone they referred to as "pussy," and when they answered, thinking it was a person, they got a picture of a cat. It's funny because of the double meaning, and you probably thought it was something dirty, you sicko! Also, calling someone "pussy" is not ok, but I guess you need to learn that, as well.
