Alright listen up, bucko. This joke is pretty simple, even for someone as dense as you. It's a play on words. Stephen Hawking was known for being in a wheelchair because of his ALS. Bill Gates, on the other hand, "stands" for Microsoft, so one literally can't stand up and the other represents something that can stand the test of time. Get it now? Probably not, but whatever.
