Hey, there, you dumb-dumb. Explain bear here. Emos are stereotyped as sad people who like to be depressed and sit in the dark. So the joke is that instead of changing the lightbulb, they'd rather sit in the dark and cry. Also, you need to get better at writing jokes because that sucked.
