Listen up, buttercup. This "joke" ain't funny, it's just plain sad. Someone asks how far they're goin', and the other dude says, "As far as a miscarriage." A miscarriage is when a baby dies before it's born, which is super tragic. So, the joke is sayin' they ain't goin' very far at all, 'cause a miscarriage ain't a full trip, ya dig?
