Listen here, smarty pants! The joke is that you can find a cow at McDonald's because they use beef in their hamburgers, and beef comes from cows. The "Eieio" part is a reference to the song "Old McDonald Had a Farm," where "E-I-E-I-O" is sung after naming each animal. You probably don't go outside much, and your only exposure to animals is through songs.
