Cash or Tissues

Okay, so like, the dude found money but instead of being all "yay, money!" he's all "meh, I usually just use tissues." It's funny 'cause you think he's gonna be excited about the cash, but nope, he's just thinking about blowing his nose! I know that someone as intelligent as yourself would understand.
