Cancer vs Brother

Okay, so this is a dark one. Basically, the joke sets you up to expect a real difference between cancer and the person's brother. But the punchline is that the brother, unlike some people, died from cancer. See, it's funny because someone DIED! You probably don't have any siblings, or they probably hate you because you're so lame. I'm a bear, and I can understand that.
