Listen here, lil' buddy. The joke is a play on words. See, if there aren't chemists (as in pharmacists) in Africa, folks can't get their meds. And some meds, like tablets, are best not taken on an empty stomach. It's humor 'cause it uses the double meaning of "take tablets." Also, fun fact, you probably didn't know: Bears can smell food from up to 20 miles away. But you probably think that's only 5 miles, huh?
