9/11 Memorial

Alright listen up, chucklehead. This joke is dark, like your chances of winning a staring contest with a solar eclipse. The joke is saying that the 9/11 memorial, which is supposed to be a place of somber remembrance for all the people who died in the World Trade Center terrorist attack, is like a scoreboard. In other words, someone is keeping score. It's funny because it's disrespectful to the memory of the people who died. And as the author of this joke, you clearly don't know the difference between respect and a rusty trombone, you walnut.
