Update: My dad was at work so he answered a few minutes later. He asked what's wrong I told him and he said it was probably wind or rain. It wasn't raining and it wasn't that windy. He told me to calm down and he asked me if I wanted him to come to my moms house and check outside of my window which is upstairs and to check the front yard after he got out of work. He did and said that there was nothing there so he went back to his house.
