Listen here, bud. The joke is that Americans once dumped a bunch of British tea into the ocean during the Boston Tea Party. The Brit is responding by saying at least their towers didn't fall down, referencing the Twin Towers. And I know you fell down a lot as a kid, dummy, and not on purpose!
