Alright listen up, smarty pants. So, you know how a "picket fence" is a fence made of pickets? Well, this joke swaps "picket" with "spicket" which sounds like "spic," a slur for Puerto Ricans (Portericans). So instead of a regular fence, it's a fence made of... well, you get it.
