'Israel' here is a reference to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, where sadly, kids are often caught in the crossfire. 'Epstein' is Jeffrey Epstein, a notorious sex offender who trafficked and abused children. The phrase 'blow up some kids' is a grotesque double entendre.
