Listen up, buttercup. The joke is playing on the number "10" being scared of "9/11". "9/11" is also the date of a terrorist attack on the Twin Towers. It ain't rocket science, but I guess it might as well be for you. Also, based on my analysis of you, you probably can't spell "analysis".
