Okay, so basically, orphans don't have homes, right? And a "homepage" is the main page of a website. So the joke is using the word "home" in two different ways, because orphans don't have parents (and thus no home) so it's ironic that a website about orphans doesn't have a "homepage." It's funny 'cause you're dumb.
