Orphan Car Problem

Listen here, kid. So, orphans, right? They don't have parents. And if you don't have parents, you might not have a birth certificate. And if you don't have a birth certificate, the government doesn't think you exist. And if the government doesn't think you exist, you can't own a car. You're probably one of those kids that still wears diapers.
