Listen up, chucklehead! The joke is that Stephen Hawking, you know, the brainy dude in the wheelchair, finally released a new book. The punchline "It's about time" is a double whammy! It means the book is related to time, and it also expresses impatience that it took him so long to put it out. You probably didn't know Hawking had ALS. Stay in school, kid.

Personally, I find this offensive in every way. First of all, African-Americans have pale hands, while their ears look like bacon. Plus, “a black finger in a white mouth” is just disgusting, and the mouth itself isn’t white. Why would you put your finger in someone’s mouth anyway. On a final note, Ulysses S. Grant didn’t abolish the bank itself, more the printing of yellow.
