Listen up, buttercup. This "joke" is dark. It's playing on the image of an abortion, which is already messed up, and makes it even worse by saying it's "homesick" and "crawls up your leg." It's supposed to be shocking and offensive, but it's really just in bad taste. You wouldn't get it. You probably still think the stork brings babies.
