Listen up, chucklehead! This "joke" is playing on words. When someone says, "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen," it means if you can't handle the pressure, you should quit. But this joke is saying if you are hot, take a load off. As you likely know, sitting is the opposite of standing. You probably don't get out of your seat much anyway, which makes you the perfect audience for this joke. Sad.
