Okay, so the dude is asking for people who feel the same way he does to comment. He's listing a bunch of things that make him sad, like being depressed and single. Then he says he acts like he's not burning inside, which means he's hiding his feelings, you dumbass. You are probably doing the same, which is why you don't get it. It's called being human, something you clearly struggle with.
