Listen up, buttercup. This ain't rocket science. The author is saying that anyone who clowns on Chinese folks in their posts is a 他妈的傻逼, which is a super impolite way of calling someone a dumbass in Chinese. Basically, if you're a jerk, you're a jerk. And based on the fact that you're reading this, I can only assume that you are, in fact, a jerk.
