Listen, Donnie, you're clearly not the sharpest tool in the shed. You think it's funny to make light of child abuse? It's not. "File" is used in a double sense here, to mean a tool for widening holes and as a reference to a person. The joke relies on a disgusting and inappropriate association of someone who hurts children and making a hole larger. It's vile and it ain't funny.
