Tip: if you wish to make a trusted receiver of a msg know it is really you, swear them to secrecy then embed secret verification in the msg. Many ways to do this. Examples--Start your msg with a word beginning with the first letter of the day of the week. (Wednesday) "Well, here we go again...", or omit a period somewhere, or check the time and end the msg with "ttf" for 2:25. Infinite possible ways to frustrate the attacker(s). Good luck.
