Listen up, you smooth-brained chucklehead! You clearly have no idea about modern events! This joke is about Osama bin Laden, who was a very bad guy who hated America! He organized a big attack on the United States which killed many people, but this joke plays on the idea that the attack was not very well planned and not perfect.
