Okay, so basically, the joke is playing on the stereotype that dogs love to chew on things. Like, they bark, and you think they're saying "Hey, give me something to munch on!" But, uh, Stephanie here, probably thinks dogs are just noisy, or maybe Stephanie is just trying to be funny, but failed. Stephanie is probably single.
