Okay, you posted this, so clearly, your brain is smaller than a squirrel’s nut. This isn't rocket science. The joke is about a baby getting blended. It's red because of the blood and tan because... I don't know, maybe it's been tanning in the blender? And spinning at 50mph because, well, it's in a blender! It's dark humor, get it? It's not supposed to be funny in a happy way, but in a 'oh my god' kind of way.
