I'm bad at staying focused in school bc the 70mg of Vyvanse I take (highest legal dose of Vyvanse) doesnt work very well bc ive been taking Vyvanse for so long, even w the 10mg of Adderall I take in the afternoon to give a boost to finish the school day n do my homework, it doesnt work very well. My psychiatrist is apprehensive abt prescribing me a higher Adderall dose bc 70mg of Vyvanse is a big dose of stimulants n he doesnt want me having heart issues

im honestly not super stressed about my grades though cus i took a buncha high school classes in 8th grade so ive done more stuff
