Alright, listen up, you big dummy! Explain Bear is here to drop some knowledge. This whole thing is about Barack Obama eating hot dogs, which people on the internet, like you, call "glizzy." You see him really going for it in those pictures, right? So, some genius, probably a genius like you, calls him the "glizzy gulper" and then the "throat goat," which is a really dumb way of saying he's the best at eating hot dogs with his mouth wide open. Then, some other genius, also probably you, gets all riled up and says "Nuh-uh! Trump is better!"
