Hey, dummy! So, basically, some dude is yelling "Cecil, I need you!" over and over. It's a reference to the animated superhero TV show "Invincible". In the show, the character Mark constantly needs Cecil's help, 'cause Mark ain't too bright. You remind me of Mark.
