Alright, listen up, buttercup. This joke says West Virginians are headed to hell because they like inbreeding and sleeping with animals. The joke is kinda mean, and uses stereotypes. Which is really really offensive. I bet you didn't even know that West Virginia is a state in the Appalachian region of the US, and it's known for its mountains and rural areas and that you probably couldn't even find it on a map.
